Neil W. Salon joined the Firm as an associate in May, 2004. He previously practiced in the Boston office of Gadsby Hannah LLP (n/k/a McCarter English, LLP), where he represented clients in all phases of commercial litigation.
Mr. Salon specializes his practice in complex business litigation. He is the author of “Model Rule 4-2: An Examination of Appropriate Remedies,” published in the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics.
He received his J.D. in 1999 from the Georgetown University Law Center and his bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from Colgate University in 1996. Upon graduating law school, he worked as a law clerk for the Superior Court of Massachusetts. Mr. Salon is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Mr. Salon lives with his wife and daughter in West Roxbury, Massachusetts.
