Christopher M. Waterman is a partner in Demeo & Associates, P.C. He joined the Firm as an associate in July 2002 after practicing for two years in the employment and litigation department of the Boston office of Seyfarth Shaw, LLP. Prior to that Mr. Waterman was associated with Choate Hall & Stewart, in its employment and litigation section.
At Demeo & Associates, P.C., Mr. Waterman provides legal advice to businesses regarding general employment and litigation matters, including non-competition issues, and all aspects of discrimination and wrongful termination matters. He also counsels and defends businesses involving complex contract disputes and obtaining and defending injunctions for clients.
Mr. Waterman is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He also practices extensively before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.
Mr. Waterman graduated magna cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in 1998. He received his bachelor’s degree from Saint Michael’s College in Vermont in 1992. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, First Circuit. He is a member of the Massachusetts, New Hampshire and American Bar Associations.
Mr. Waterman lives with his wife and three children in North Andover, Massachusetts.
