Kimberly Dunn Spelman is the Firm's business manager and associate.  She joined Demeo & Associates, P.C. as an associate in 1999. Ms. Spelman has a diverse business litigation practice.  

Her areas of practice include complex commercial litigation, fiduciary liability, copyright and trademark infringement, contract litigation, real estate litigation, securities arbitration, and unfair and deceptive trade practice matters.

Ms. Spelman is a 1989 graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a 1992 Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law.  Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Spelman joined the Baltimore law firm of Miles & Stockbridge, and later Martin, Junghas, Snyder & Bernstein. She is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of both Massachusetts and Maryland.

Ms. Spelman lives with her husband and two children in Franklin, Massachusetts.
