Lawrence S. Delaney is a partner in Demeo & Associates, P.C. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation, banking litigation, intellectual property, and employment matters. He has tried more than 30 cases to verdict in both state and federal courts.
Mr. Delaney was formerly a partner in the Worcester firm of Mountain Dearborn & Whiting LLP. Earlier in his career he was associated with the litigation departments of Hale and Dorr in Boston and the Pierce Atwood firm in Portland, Maine.
Mr. Delaney has a degree in Engineering from Princeton University and is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center, where he was a member of the Georgetown Law Journal. Mr. Delaney is admitted in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts and Maine, and is a patent attorney registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Mr. Delaney lives with his wife and three children in Bolton, Massachusetts. Since 1999, he has served as a member of the Bolton Planning Board, most recently as its Chairman.
