Allison Huppé
Allison Huppé has a diverse litigation practice representing commercial and individual clients in a wide variety of civil litigation matters including employment, real estate, construction, contract-related disputes, zoning and probate. Ms. Huppé also advises clients about privacy law in the context of health care and medical records disclosures.
Ms. Huppé earned her B.A. in Political Science with an American Government concentration from Yale College in 1994. She earned her J.D. from Columbia University Law School in 2000. While studying at Columbia, Ms. Huppé was an editor and staff member of the Columbia Law Review and a Teaching Assistant of Civil Procedure. Upon graduating law school, Ms. Huppé worked as a law clerk for the Hon. Juan R. Torruella., U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Ms. Huppé began her career at the law firm of Ropes & Gray LLP.
Ms. Huppé is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
