Demeo & Associates, P.C. is a litigation law firm providing experienced counsel to local and national businesses. Joseph L. Demeo founded the Firm in 1997 after practicing with the Boston law firm of Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., in the firm's litigation section.  There he represented a variety of business interests in complex civil litigation in the state and federal courts.

Mr. Demeo left Mintz Levin to build this Firm, which opened on Mt. Vernon Street in the Beacon Hill section of Boston. The Firm has since grown to nine attorneys and continues to expand to meet client needs.  In 1998, the Firm moved to historic Lewis Wharf and then in 2004 to its current offices at One Lewis Wharf.  The Firm is privileged to represent hundreds of clients locally, nationally and internationally.
